To create a TopStoryQ account: 1. Open the TopStoryQ app 2. Tap "Sign Up" or "Create Account" 3. Enter your email address 4. Choose a username (minimum 3 characters) 5. Create a secure password 6. Verify your email address using the code sent to your email 7. Complete your profile setup Once verified, you can start creating and sharing quotes and stories!

If you forgot your password: 1. Open the TopStoryQ app 2. Tap "Login" then "Forgot Password" 3. Enter your registered email address 4. Check your email for a password reset link 5. Click the link and create a new password 6. Log in with your new password If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support@top10impact.in

To change your username: 1. Go to your Account/Profile section 2. Tap on "Edit Profile" or "Settings" 3. Find the username field 4. Enter your new username (must be at least 3 characters) 5. Save your changes Note: Your username must be unique and not already taken by another user.

Creating a quote is easy: 1. Open the TopStoryQ app 2. Navigate to the "Create" tab 3. Select "Quote" format 4. Write your quote (20-200 characters) 5. Use your creativity to make it unique 6. Submit normally or watch an ad for extra submissions 7. Your quote will appear in Community Picks Daily limits reset at midnight (IST). Free users get 3 quote submissions per day, plus 12 watch-ad submissions.

To create a story: 1. Go to the "Create" tab 2. Select "Story" format 3. Write your story (100-2000 characters) 4. Express your unique perspective and creativity 5. Submit normally or watch an ad for extra submissions 6. Your story will be shared in Community Picks Free users can submit 2 stories per day, plus 8 watch-ad story submissions. Daily limits reset at midnight (IST).

TopStoryQ has specific character limits to ensure quality content: • Quotes: 20-200 characters • Stories: 100-2000 characters These limits help maintain content quality and ensure your creative work is concise and impactful. Make sure your content falls within these ranges before submitting.

Participating in tournaments: 1. Go to the "Tournaments" tab 2. Browse available tournaments (Live, Upcoming, Vote, or Ended) 3. Select a tournament with a theme that interests you 4. Read the tournament rules and prize structure 5. Submit your best quote or story matching the theme 6. Vote on other participants' submissions 7. Track your ranking on the leaderboard 8. Win prizes based on your final ranking Tournaments are a great way to showcase your creativity and win rewards!

Tournament voting process: 1. During the voting phase, browse all tournament submissions 2. Read through the quotes and stories 3. Vote for the submissions you find most creative and engaging 4. Your votes help determine the winners 5. The leaderboard updates based on votes received 6. Winners are announced after the tournament ends Voting is an important part of the tournament process - it helps recognize the best creative content!

TopStoryQ offers three subscription tiers: • Free Plan: 3 quotes/day, 12 watch-ad quotes/day, 2 stories/day, 8 watch-ad stories/day, with ads • Pro Plan (₹20/month): 6 quotes/day, 24 watch-ad quotes/day, 4 stories/day, 16 watch-ad stories/day, no banner ads, 50% fewer interstitial ads • Premium Plan (₹22/month): 12 quotes/day, 30 watch-ad quotes/day, 8 stories/day, 20 watch-ad stories/day, no ads at all All plans include a 30-day free trial. Upgrade anytime from your Account section.

You can earn credits in several ways: 1. Milestone Rewards: Earn credits automatically when your content reaches like milestones (10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000+ likes) 2. Viewing Content: Get rewarded for reading and engaging with others' content 3. Tournament Prizes: Win credits by ranking high in tournaments 4. Daily Engagement: Earn credits by watching reels and interacting with content Credits are automatically added to your account and can be tracked in your Account section.

TopStoryQ has daily submission limits to ensure fair usage: • Free users: 3 quotes + 12 watch-ad quotes, 2 stories + 8 watch-ad stories per day • Pro users: 6 quotes + 24 watch-ad quotes, 4 stories + 16 watch-ad stories per day • Premium users: 12 quotes + 30 watch-ad quotes, 8 stories + 20 watch-ad stories per day Daily limits reset at midnight IST. You can watch ads to get extra submissions beyond your base limit. Upgrade to Pro or Premium for higher limits.

If your content isn't appearing: 1. Check if you've exceeded your daily submission limit 2. Ensure your content meets character requirements (quotes: 20-200 chars, stories: 100-2000 chars) 3. Verify your content doesn't violate community guidelines 4. Wait a few moments - content may take time to appear 5. Check your internet connection 6. Try refreshing the app If the issue persists, contact support@top10impact.in

To report content that violates our guidelines: 1. Find the content you want to report 2. Tap the three dots (...) or report icon 3. Select "Report" from the menu 4. Choose the reason for reporting 5. Submit your report Our team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action. We prioritize user safety and maintain a positive community environment.

TopStoryQ takes your privacy seriously: • We collect minimal data necessary for app functionality • Your data is encrypted and stored securely • We comply with GDPR and CCPA regulations • You can access, modify, or delete your data anytime • We don't sell your data to third parties For more details, visit our Privacy Policy page. To delete your TopStoryQ account: 1. Go to Account/Profile settings 2. Scroll to "Account Management" 3. Tap "Delete Account" 4. Read the information about what will be deleted 5. Confirm your decision Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including quotes, stories, tournament submissions, and account information will be permanently deleted.
