By installing, accessing, or using TruthOrDare ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Gameplay and AI-Generated Content
TruthOrDare provides truth and dare prompts using AI-generated suggestions. Prompts may not always be suitable for all players. You are responsible for selecting an appropriate category, adding custom rules when needed, and ensuring that gameplay remains respectful.
Note: We do not guarantee that all AI-generated prompts will be accurate, safe, or appropriate for every group. Prompt usage is at your own discretion.
License and Use Restrictions
- Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Do not attempt to bypass ads, access controls, or security mechanisms.
- Do not use the App in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.
Intellectual Property
TruthOrDare and all related content (including trademarks, UI, code, and game assets) are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.
Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that AI-generated prompts will produce specific outcomes.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When significant changes are made, they will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
