Career offices consistently recommend strong action verbs and accomplishment-focused bullets (not job descriptions). The fastest upgrade is: Verb + what + metric + why it mattered.
One rule: if you can’t defend the verb in an interview, don’t use it. “Spearheaded” means you led it. If you assisted, use “supported” or “contributed”.
