Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through app settings. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Service Description
ResumeFix AI is an AI-powered resume optimization service that analyzes and optimizes your resume for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) using Google Gemini API. The service provides suggestions to improve your resume based on job descriptions.
Note: We do not guarantee job offers or interviews. The Service provides optimization suggestions only.
Usage Limits
The Service offers the following usage tiers:
- Free Tier: 1 full resume optimization (additional uses require Pro)
- Pro Tier: Unlimited full optimizations ($14.99 USD/month, $39.99 USD/quarter, or $99 USD/year)
Usage limits are enforced per account. Attempting to circumvent these limits may result in account suspension.
File Upload Terms
When uploading resume files, you agree that:
- Files must be in PDF or DOCX format
- Maximum file size: 5MB per file
- You own or have permission to use the content in your resume
- Files do not contain malicious code or illegal content
- We may process and store your files for optimization purposes
AI Processing
Our Service uses Google Gemini API for AI processing. By using the Service, you understand that:
- Your resume content is sent to Google's API for processing
- AI-generated suggestions are recommendations only
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI suggestions
- We are not liable for any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
