To create a ResumeFix AI account: 1. Open the ResumeFix AI app 2. Tap "Sign Up" or "Create Account" 3. Enter your email address 4. Create a secure password (minimum 6 characters) 5. Verify your email address using the 6-digit code sent to your email 6. Once verified, you can start optimizing your resume! Note: Email verification is required before you can use the service.

If you forgot your password: 1. Open the ResumeFix AI app 2. Tap "Login" then "Forgot Password" 3. Enter your registered email address 4. Check your email for a 6-digit password reset code 5. Enter the code and create a new password 6. Log in with your new password If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support@top10impact.in

Email verification is required to use ResumeFix AI: 1. After signing up, check your email inbox 2. Look for an email from ResumeFix AI with a 6-digit verification code 3. Enter the code in the app verification screen 4. If you didn't receive the code, tap "Resend Code" 5. The code expires after 10 minutes You must verify your email before you can optimize resumes.

Optimizing your resume is easy: 1. Sign in to your ResumeFix AI account 2. Tap "Upload Resume" and select your resume file (PDF or DOCX, max 5MB) 3. Paste the job description you're applying for 4. Tap "Optimize Resume" 5. Wait for AI processing (usually 30-60 seconds) 6. Review your optimized resume with ATS improvements 7. Download or share your enhanced resume Free users get 1 optimization total. Pro users get unlimited optimizations.

ResumeFix AI supports the following file formats: • PDF (.pdf) - Recommended format • Microsoft Word (.docx) File size limit: 5MB per file Make sure your resume file is not corrupted and can be opened normally before uploading.

ATS (Applicant Tracking System) optimization helps your resume pass through automated screening systems used by many employers: • Format optimization for ATS parsing • Keyword matching with job descriptions • Structure improvements for better readability • ATS-friendly formatting recommendations Our AI analyzes your resume and suggests improvements to increase your chances of passing ATS filters and getting noticed by recruiters.

ResumeFix AI offers different usage tiers: • Free Tier: 1 resume optimization total (one-time use) • Pro Tier: Unlimited resume optimizations (subscription required) Usage limits are enforced per account. You can check your remaining optimizations on the home screen. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access.

ResumeFix AI offers two subscription tiers: • Free Plan: 1 resume optimization total, PDF and DOCX support, AI-powered suggestions, ATS compatibility check • Pro Plan: Unlimited resume optimizations, all Free tier features, priority processing, advanced optimization suggestions, resume history tracking, email support Upgrade to Pro anytime from your account settings.

If your resume upload failed: 1. Check that your file is in PDF or DOCX format 2. Ensure file size is under 5MB 3. Verify your file is not corrupted (try opening it first) 4. Check your internet connection 5. Try uploading again If the issue persists, contact support@top10impact.in

Resume optimization typically takes 30-60 seconds: • Large files may take longer to process • Complex job descriptions require more analysis • High server load can cause delays If optimization takes more than 2 minutes: 1. Check your internet connection 2. Try again with a smaller file 3. Contact support if the issue persists

To delete your ResumeFix AI account: 1. Go to Help Center 2. Find "Delete My Account" article 3. Click "Delete My Account" button 4. Read the information about what will be deleted 5. Confirm your decision with email, password, and confirmation text Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including resume files, optimization history, and account information will be permanently deleted.
