Kids LearnZ ("the App") is an educational mobile game developed by Top10impact for children aged 3-8. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when your child uses our App. We are committed to protecting children's privacy and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy.
Data Collection
Kids LearnZ is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect any personal information from children. Specifically:
- No account creation or sign-up is required
- No names, email addresses, or contact information is collected
- No photos, videos, or audio recordings are collected
- No location data is collected
- No user-generated content is collected or stored
- No social features, chat, or messaging exist in the App
- Game scores are stored locally on the device only and are not transmitted to any server
Third-Party Services (Advertising)
Kids LearnZ uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain device-level information to serve ads:
- Device identifiers (advertising ID) — used for ad delivery and frequency capping
- IP address — used for approximate geographic ad targeting (country level only)
- Device type and OS version — used for ad compatibility
Important: All ads are served with child-directed treatment (TAG_FOR_CHILD_DIRECTED_TREATMENT) enabled. This means no personalized or interest-based ads are shown. Only contextual, age-appropriate ads are displayed.

Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Kids LearnZ is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
- The App does not require user registration or login
- No behavioral tracking or profiling of children is performed
- All advertising complies with COPPA requirements for child-directed content
- No personal data is shared with third parties (except AdMob for ad delivery with child-directed settings)
Data Protection
Since Kids LearnZ does not collect personal data, no personal data storage or transmission occurs. Game progress and scores are stored locally on the device only. The App communicates with the internet solely for the purpose of loading advertisements through Google AdMob, using encrypted HTTPS connections.
Parental Rights
As a parent or guardian, you have the right to:
- Review any information we have about your child (we collect none)
- Request deletion of any information (not applicable as none is collected)
- Refuse further collection of information from your child
- Opt out of interest-based advertising via your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization)
- Uninstall the App at any time to stop all data processing
