By downloading, installing, or using Kids LearnZ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are a parent or guardian downloading the App for your child, you accept these Terms on behalf of your child. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Service Description
Kids LearnZ is a free educational mobile game developed by Top10impact for children aged 3-8. The App teaches the English alphabet through interactive gameplay featuring two game modes (Balloon Mode and Kite Mode), audio pronunciation of all 26 letters (A-Z), celebration word audio, scoring, and child-friendly animations. The App is available on Android devices through the Google Play Store.
Child Safety & COPPA Compliance
Kids LearnZ is designed with child safety as the highest priority:
- The App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
- The App complies with Google Play's Families Policy
- No personal information is collected from children
- No user accounts, registration, or login is required
- No social features, chat, messaging, or user-generated content
- No in-app purchases or real-money transactions
- All ads are served with child-directed treatment enabled
Parental Consent
This App is intended for use by children under parental supervision. By allowing your child to use the App, you, as the parent or legal guardian, consent to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for supervising your child's use of the App.
Advertising
Kids LearnZ is a free app supported by advertising through Google AdMob:
- Interstitial ads are shown at appropriate intervals (every 5 minutes of gameplay)
- Rewarded ads may be shown after completing specific rounds (rounds 3 and 7)
- All ads are child-safe and comply with COPPA regulations
- No personalized or interest-based advertising is shown
- Ads do not appear during active gameplay to avoid disrupting the learning experience
Intellectual Property
All content in Kids LearnZ is owned by Top10impact:
- All game assets (sprites, animations, audio, music) are proprietary
- The app design, code, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App
- You may not use any content from the App for commercial purposes
Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
- Specific educational outcomes from using the App
- Compatibility with all devices or Android versions
- Continuous availability of ad-related features
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage parents to review these Terms periodically.
